Collections
It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the items at the point of collection. We encourage you to carefully check that the product matches the specifications you provided, including dimensions, materials, colors, and any custom features.
Once the product leaves our premises, we cannot accept liability for any damages, defects, or discrepancies that were not identified at the time of collection.
If you notice any issues during the inspection, please inform our staff immediately so that we can address the matter promptly. By taking the product with you, you acknowledge that it has been checked and accepted in satisfactory condition.
Delivery Conditions
All goods will be transported directly to the consumers choice of address and provision must be made for a responsible adult person to accept delivery in person or to arrange for a safe place to leave the product.
The consumer acknowledges that all damages or faults are notified to BuyWindowsOnline.co.uk Ltd within 24 hours of the delivery time. Email address is info@buywindowsonline.co.uk and where possible photographs of the issues and or damages should be included.
We will arrange delivery to any address in the mainland UK. If delivery is requested to other addresses, such as the Islands of Scotland, Ireland or to mainland Europe, separate arrangements can be made through separate agreements.
Failed Deliveries will be subject to further delivery charges. These charges must be paid in full prior to any subsequent deliveries. All products are delivered with full instructions on installation and care. These instructions include guidelines for use and after care instructions. Directions for receipt of goods must be followed to ensure warranty guarantees. Any delivery dates and times given by BuyWindowsOnline.co.uk Ltd are estimates only and we do not accept any liability for the given times and dates.
