Refund policy

After Sales Service

BuyWindowsOnline.co.uk Ltd reserve the right to arrange, through agreement, on site visits or goods returned to factory location to determine the cause and nature of any complaints where any product has failed to perform to its' warranty and subsequent guarantee.

All issues or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery in writing. Any damages resulting from poor installation or fitting are not subject to the terms of this agreement.

All amended products are not subject to the terms and conditions of sale.

Returns by Consumers

Any goods that have been agreed as faulty, wrongly delivered, or damaged beyond repair may be returned by the consumer. BuyWindowsOnline.co.uk Ltd reserves the right to inspect all claims of damage, on site or at a factory location, before any further action is agreed.

BuyWindowsOnline.co.uk Ltd reserves the right to replace any damaged parts before installation has begun and thereafter will arrange for all subsequent actions such as replacement parts or full items as necessary.

All agreed refunds will be made using the same payment methods as used by the purchaser within 30 days of the goods being returned to the manufacturer.

All Complaints regarding the suitability of the products should be made in writing to the address given in point 22.
