What is included in the Quotation on our Product Designer?
How long will manufacturing take?
Orders for collection vary dependent on the colour finish. White and our standard colours are on a 4 week lead time. Non standard colours are 6-8 weeks. For deliveries, add an extra week.
Order Confirmation?
We will not process any money until we have contacted you to confirm order details and have received confirmation that you are happy with the designs / sizes within the order details. We are always available to discuss your project should you have any questions.
What are the shipping options?
Most of our customers collect. However we do offer a specialist delivery service. You may think this is pricey, however over the years we have tried to use the traditional logistics companies. They are notorious for breakages and do not insure glass.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 2 days after confirming your order with payment. We will receive a refund.
Can I make a return?
As our products are all manufactured to order. We do not accept returns.
